How our process works:

  • Step 1 - Free Case Review

    After you submit your claim form, our team will review it free of charge to assess whether your case qualifies.
    If needed, we may offer a quick optional phone call with one of our specialists to clarify any details.

    If your case qualifies, we’ll send you a Client Consent Form and a secure payment link to get started.

  • Step 2: We Handle the Complaint

    Once you're on board, we prepare and send a formal complaint to the dealer and/or finance company.
    We manage all communication and back-and-forth, using your legal rights to push for a refund, repair, or replacement— so you don’t have to deal with the stress.

  • Step 3: Resolution or Refund

    If the case is successful, that’s it — you’ve won, and the £199 covers everything.
    If we’re unsuccessful, we refund £149 and retain just a £50 admin fee to cover our time and resources.
    No hidden fees, no long contracts — just fair, honest support.
