"Client," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity using our services.
"Services" refers to the consumer rights support services provided by Consumer Guard Ltd.
3. Services
3.1 Scope of Services
We provide administrative support and guidance related to consumer complaints, including but not limited to:
Communicating with dealerships and retailers on your behalf
Supporting resolution of vehicle-related disputes
Helping you pursue refunds, repairs, or replacements under relevant consumer protection laws
3.2 Limitation of Services
Our services are not legal advice, and we are not legal professionals.
While we aim to resolve matters outside of court, if legal escalation is necessary (e.g. small claims court), you are responsible for obtaining independent legal representation. Our service does not include legal representation or cover legal costs in such cases.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. Submitting false or misleading information may result in termination of service.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Payment Structure
Our service is offered at a flat fee of £199.
If we are successful in helping you secure a refund, repair, or replacement, this fee covers the full service.
If we are unsuccessful, we will refund £149, retaining only a £50 administrative fee to cover time and resources.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept:

Late or non-payment may result in a pause or cancellation of services.
6. Confidentiality & Data

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific outcome. While we strive to support your case effectively, success depends on third parties (e.g. car dealers, finance companies).
7.2 Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our services.
8. Termination
8.1 By Client
You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice.
8.2 By Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to our website. Continued use of services indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
